Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuickAsset website, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). QuickAsset (“QuickAsset”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an e-commerce tool that enables users (“Sellers”) to sell digital products to their customers (“Buyers”) using payment services provided by third-party processors such as Stripe.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you:
- Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); and
- Have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms; and
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
2. QuickAsset Is Not a File-Sharing or Storage Service
QuickAsset is an e-commerce tool that facilitates the sale and delivery of specific digital products. We are not a remote file-storage, file-sharing, or cyberlocker service. Files are uploaded solely for the purpose of fulfilling a purchase initiated by a Buyer. We do not sell storage space, bandwidth, or general file hosting to the public.
3. Accounts and Access
Depending on the version of the Service, you may or may not be required to create an account. Where accounts are used:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
